Beyoncé & Breathwork

Channel Beyoncé's energy and step into your power and authenticity by releasing stored emotions, trauma, and messages that no longer serve you through transformational breathwork. All with an intuitively curated Beyoncé playlist.

You will engage in:

-Self-reflection and intention setting to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support.

-Guided transformational breathwork infused with Reiki to connect to yourself and release emotion and stored trauma.

-Discussion about your experience in community.

Breathwork helps regulate your nervous system, alkalize your body, move through blockages to release emotion and trauma physically, and is a form of release.

During the event I will explain in detail about the process, what to expect during breathwork, and I will guide you through the whole process and be there to support you.

Please bring: 

-Yoga mat (there are extras available) 

-Pillow & blanket

-Eye mask or covering 

-Journal & pen 

-Water 

-An item to contribute to the alter (a crystal, trinket, candle, note, any small personal item, etc. You will take your item back with you after the event).
