You will engage in:
-Self-reflection and intention setting to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support.
-50 minutes of guided transformational breathwork infused with Reiki to connect to yourself and release emotions and stored trauma.
-Integration and discussion about your experience in supportive community.
