You will engage in:

-Self-reflection and intention setting to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support.

-Guided transformational breathwork infused with Reiki to connect to yourself and release emotion and stored trauma.

-Discussion about your experience in community.

Breathwork regulates your nervous system, alkalizes your body, helps you move through blockages to release stored emotion and trauma through your body, and is a form of release. During the event, Erin will explain in detail about the process, what to expect during breathwork, and will guide you and be there to support you physically and energetically.
