Join Erin for a powerful event where we combine the energy of Beyoncé's music with transformative guided breathwork. We'll embody Virgo's Groove as we connect to ourselves, our emotions, and release.
You will engage in:

-50 minutes of guided transformational breathwork infused with Reiki to connect to yourself and release emotions and stored trauma.
-Integration and discussion about your experience in supportive community.
