Emotional Spring Cleaning: Inner Child Healing

This event is designed for you if you're already on your healing journey looking to heal from your past, release what no longer serves you, and heal patterns to grow into a more aligned version of yourself.

Erin & Diana will create a sacred container and generate safety where you’ll give yourself permission to feel emotions you weren't allowed to when you were younger and let yourself step into your true self.

During this event you will dive into your subconscious mind through a guided meditation with Reiki, followed by journaling prompts centered around inner child healing.

You will write what you want to let of on plates and be guided through an intentional letting go ceremony to connect deeper to your emotions and break away from your past represented by physically shattering plates.

You will connect with your inner child, the part of you that has big reactions to small things, that acts out when you feel rejected or wronged, the part that wants to play. And confront the limiting beliefs you adopted when you were younger that are no longer serving you in adulthood.

You will connect with your present self and foster a healthy relationship between you and your inner child, acknowledging and honoring all versions of yourself.

Let your inner child be expressed in a safe space and let your present self be held.
