About the Event
Join Erin in her birthday celebration for a powerful event where we combine the energy of a live dj with transformative guided breathwork.
You will engage in:
-Self-reflection and intention setting to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support.
-50 minutes of guided transformational breathwork infused with Reiki to connect to yourself and release emotions and stored trauma.
-Integration and discussion about your experience in supportive community.
-Please stay for ecstatic dance with the live dj, mocktails, snacks, and community!
