This is an update about ShatterStress events for the months of January-February 2024.

-We've got exciting events in the works for this year! We're planning and putting a lot of intention into our offerings. Events will be published as soon as possible, keep an eye out on Instagtam too (@ShatterStress)

-All 1:1 and partner sessions are open! Includes Processing + Breaking plates, Reiki infused Breathwork, and Reiki. Book through Calendly here.
