Fall Equinox//New Moon Shattering & Support Circle

We will use the energies of the New Moon in Libra and the Fall Equinox to focus on cultivating your power, hold gratitude for the life lessons that have helped you grow, and let go of what no longer serves you. 

You will: 

-Reflect on prompts individually, with partners, and the group to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support. 

-Engage in meditation to connect with yourself and your emotions. 

-Use plates to creatively express yourself through art and shatter them to shatter your stress.  

Please bring: 

-Yoga mat 

-Journal/pen 

-An item to contribute to the alter (a crystal, trinket, candle, note, any small personal item, etc. You will take your item back with you after the event). 

-MUST wear close-toed shoes.
