About the Event
Do you:
-Have difficulty setting boundaries or have a hard time saying "no"?
-Accept poor treatment from others?
-Look to heal/fix/save others while neglecting yourself?
-Seek approval and validation from others?
-Struggle to ask for help?
-Minimize yourself for the sake of others?
Did you receive messages to "be quiet", "stay small", "don't show emotion", or "don't make a scene"?
These messages are core to the mother wound. The mother wound can impact just about every area of life.
This unique and cathartic experience is designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you, and create space for healing and growth.
Through guided activities and reflection, you will gain insights into how these messages have shaped your self-perception and behavior, and intentionally release and heal from them.
You will:
1.) Explore the impact of the mother wound on your life, and identify patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back.
2.) Reflect on prompts individually, with partners, and the group to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support.
3.) Use plates to creatively express yourself through writing and art, and shatter them to shatter what no longer serves you.
4.) Engage in 45 minutes of holotropic breathwork with a somatic release to connect to yourself and release emotion and stored trauma.
This event will provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your emotions, connect with others who may share similar experiences, and embrace the process of letting go. You will leave feeling empowered, renewed, and more connected to your authentic self.
