Letting Go Ceremony & Support Circle

We will become in tune with the energies of the group and the current astrology to connect with ourselves, cultivate our power, and release what no longer serves us.

You will: 

-Engage in short meditation to connect to yourself and your emotions.

-Reflect on prompts individually, with partners, and the group to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support. 

-Use plates to creatively express yourself through writing and art, and take them home to smash and shatter your stress. 

Please bring: 

-Yoga mat (there are extras available)

-Journal/pen 

-Water

-An item to contribute to the alter (a crystal, trinket, candle, note, any small personal item, etc. You will take your item back with you after the event).
