Letting Go Ceremony through Breaking Plates

We will connect with ourselves and others, cultivate our power, and release what is holding us back through intentionally breaking plates.

You will: 

-Reflect on prompts individually, with partners, and the group to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support.

-Use plates to creatively express yourself through writing and art, and shatter them to shatter what no longer serves you. 

Please bring: 

-Yoga mat (there are extras available)

-Journal & pen 

-Water 

-An item to contribute to the alter (a crystal, trinket, candle, note, any small personal item, etc. You will take your item back with you after the event).
