Letting Go Ceremony through Breaking Plates & Reiki w/ Ransom

Join Erin from ShatterStress and Ransom from Xpansion with Ransom for an intentional letting go ceremony through breaking plates and Reiki.

We will connect with ourselves and others, cultivate our power to release what is no longer serving us through breaking plates with the addition of Reiki energy to help integrate this new energy and healing.

You will: 

-Reflect on prompts individually, with partners, and the group to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support.

-Use plates to creatively express yourself through writing and art, and shatter them to shatter what no longer serves you. 

-Receive healing Reiki to move any stagnant energy, realign with oneself, integrate the healing, and be sealed with protection by the use of Reiki symbols.

Please bring: 

-Yoga mat (there are extras available)

-Journal & pen 

-Water 

-An item to contribute to the alter (a crystal, trinket, candle, note, any small personal item, etc. You will take your item back with you after the event).
