Letting Go Ceremony through Breathwork 1/22

Join Erin & Saana for an intentional letting go ceremony! 

We will become in tune with the energy of the group and connect with ourselves and others, cultivate our power, and release what no longer serves us.  

You will: 

-Reflect on prompts individually, with partners, and the group to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support. 

-Engage in 45 minutes of active holotropic breathwork with a somatic release to connect to yourself and release emotion and stored trauma. 

Please bring: 

-Yoga mat (there are extras available) 

-Pillow & blanket

-Eye mask or covering 

-Journal & pen 

-Water 

-An item to contribute to the alter (a crystal, trinket, candle, note, any small personal item, etc. You will take your item back with you after the event).
