Releasing Ceremony: Intentional Plate Smash & Breathwork

We will come together to mindfully set intentions, connect with ourselves and others, cultivate our power, and release what no longer serves us.

You will: 

-Get clear on your intentions for both the day and the year ahead.

-Use plates to creatively express yourself through writing and art, and smash them to shatter your stress.   

-Engage in 45 minutes of active holotropic breathwork with a somatic release to connect to yourself and release emotion and stored trauma.

-Reflect on prompts individually, with partners, and the group to share in authenticity, vulnerability, and receive support.

Please bring: 

-Yoga mat (there are extras available)

-Pillow

-Eye mask or covering 

-Journal & pen 

-Water 

-An item to contribute to the alter (a crystal, trinket, candle, note, any small personal item, etc. You will take your item back with you after the event).
