Sacred Release Ceremony - Day Retreat March 2024

From a young age, beliefs and stories are imprinted onto us from family, ancestors, and even past lives. We continue to live through this lens until we intentionally decide to rewrite the beliefs for ourselves.

The Sacred Release Ceremony is a one day retreat to release old versions of you and realign with your truest self.

This offering is for the woman who is ready to release old wounds, stories and beliefs.

This event will help you to:

- Tap into repressed emotions to truly understand why you are who you are, and give love to all of those versions

- Release what’s been holding you back so you can be the free, embodied woman you dream of

- Surround yourself with women who support and uplift you, no matter what you’re going through

- Carry the frequency of your truest self to replace your limiting subconscious beliefs

Together, we will engage in a day full of releasing through:

-Plant medicine journeys (cacao + hape)

-Meditation and journaling

-Reiki

-Intentional plate breaking

-Ecstatic dance

-Breathwork
