You will engage in connecting to yourself and writing what you want to let go of on the plate(s). Then Erin will guide you through an intentional letting go ceremony to connect to your emotions, and you will let go of stored emotions and experiences through the somatic process of breaking plates.Individual Letting Go Ceremony:
