An Embodied Reclamation Experience
UNMUTE is an in-person 8-week group container for recovering people-pleasers and perfectionists who are ready to stop suppressing themselves and start living from embodied truth.
This work is for people who are emotionally aware, thoughtful, and capable, and still feel disconnected from their own needs, emotions, and desires.
We work with the body, not just the mind.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through a powerful, intentional arc:
01: Awareness: Where You’ve Been Holding Back
We begin by gently bringing awareness to the patterns you’ve been living in, without shame.
You’ll start to notice:

Where you silence yourself

Where you overthink instead of feel

Where you’ve been prioritizing others over your truth
Through somatic practices and reflection, you’ll begin reconnecting to your body and understanding why these patterns formed in the first place.
This is where compassion replaces self-judgment.
Where you start to see yourself clearly.
02: Release: Letting It Move Through You
Once awareness is there, we begin the work of release.
This is where things shift.
Through breathwork, movement, and intentional plate-breaking rituals, you’ll safely access and move emotions that have been stored in the body like anger, grief, fear.
Not by talking about them.
But by feeling and expressing them.
You’ll learn that:

Your emotions are safe to experience
This is where what’s been held in starts to move.
03: Embodiment: Living From Your Voice
From that place, we begin integrating.
This is where you practice:

Setting boundaries from a grounded place

Trusting your body, your needs, and your voice
You don’t leave this work in the room.
You take it into your relationships, your conversations, your everyday life.

Your Guide
My name is Erin
I am a counselor and somatic practitioner who creates spaces where people feel safe to be seen, expressed, and supported without judgment.
My work is deeply rooted in my own own experience. As someone who once learned to stay quiet, prioritize others, and hold everything together, I understand how easy it is to become disconnected from your own voice and emotions.
Through both my professional training and my own personal journey, I discovered that awareness alone isn’t enough, and real change happens when the body is included.
That’s what led me to somatic practices, breathwork, and emotional release work.
Inside spaces like UNMUTE, I blend my background in counseling with somatic practices to guide you through working to understand yourself and actually feel, express, and release what’s been held in.
My approach is grounded, intentional, and deeply supportive, creating an environment where you can reconnect with your truth, your voice, and your power.
